Business Analysis
Translating ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, models, and measurable outcomes.
Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and AI Productivity Strategist helping organizations fix broken processes, automate busywork, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
My edge: I build AI directly into the analyst workflow. BRDs, FRDs, Jira stories, test cases, process docs, and meeting decks, drafted with Claude and refined by me, in a fraction of the usual time.
Off the clock, I'm a keynote speaker teaching professionals how to work smarter with AI.
Open to conversations about business analysis, process automation, and AI-powered workflows.

Business Problem
A regional hospital network was losing millions annually to preventable claim denials, with no unified view into denial drivers across 12 facilities.
Approach
Built a unified denial-tracking data model in SQL, designed a Power BI executive dashboard tracing denials by payer, CPT code, and department, and led weekly review cadence with the RCM team.
Key Insights
Three payers accounted for 62% of denials; 40% traced back to eligibility and prior-auth workflow gaps at intake.

Business Problem
A distribution operation was juggling chronic stockouts alongside 12% expired-inventory write-offs. It was a working-capital and service-level problem simultaneously.
Approach
Segmented SKUs with ABC-XYZ analysis, rebuilt reorder-point logic in Python, and shipped a Tableau control tower for demand planners.
Key Insights
70% of stockouts came from just 14% of SKUs whose demand variability had outgrown static min/max thresholds set two years earlier.

Business Problem
A corporate analytics team was drowning in repetitive reporting requests and hesitant, ad-hoc AI tool usage with no shared standards.
Approach
Designed a five-part AI productivity framework, built a prompt library aligned to common analyst tasks, and delivered a workshop series with measurable adoption checkpoints.
Key Insights
Analysts reclaimed the most time not on drafting, but on data cleaning, summarization, and stakeholder-ready narratives generated from raw outputs.
